Welcome to the Hillel Foundation for Jewish Life at the University of Washington ("Hillel UW" or "we") website (the "Website"). These Terms govern your access and use of the Website. Please read the Terms carefully, and if you do not agree, please do not access or use the Website. We may modify the Terms from time to time, effective upon posting to the Website. Please check the Terms regularly for such changes, but in any event your continued access or use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the provisions of the then-current Terms.
PRIVACY
Hillel UW respects the privacy of visitors to the Website. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated as part of these Terms, for more information.
The Website is not directed at children under age 13 as our target community consists of college students and young adults ages 18 and over. We value the privacy and safety of children who may visit the Website, and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any child under the age of 13.

All text, photos, graphics and other content used on or accessed through the Website, and HILLEL and other trademarks and logos used on the Website, are the property of Hillel UW, or are used with the consent of the legal owner. Other trademarks and company names used on the Website may be subject to trademark or other rights of third parties. Hillel UW grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Website and to download and print a single copy of the content from the Website solely for your personal use. Any other copying, downloading, distribution, transmission, or modification of the Website content is subject to our prior, written permission.
You may link to the Website for non-commercial purposes only. We reserve the right to demand that you remove any such link at any time, in our sole discretion. You may not frame any Website content without our prior, written consent.

VISITOR CONTENT
Some parts of the Website may allow you to post or e-mail to Hillel UW materials or information ("Visitor Content") or to access or use Visitor Content posted or e-mailed by other visitors to the Website. Visitor Content you provide is your sole responsibility. Hillel UW has the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove or edit Visitor Content or any other content on the Website that we, in our sole discretion, determine is in breach of these Terms or is otherwise harmful, objectionable or untrue. Hillel UW is not responsible for any failure or delay in reviewing or removing any content. You hereby release Hillel UW from any liability as a result of a decision to edit or remove or not to edit or remove any Visitor Content or any other content on the Website. Hillel UW has no responsibility, and assumes no liability, for any Visitor Content posted by you or any other party.
Communication via the Internet may use potentially unsecure computers and links, and data may be lost, or intercepted by unauthorized parties during such transmission. You agree that Hillel UW shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with such lost or intercepted data.
Remember, any personal information you post or e-mail to the Website may be collected and/or used by third parties. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy but we are not responsible for the security of any personal information you post or e-mail to the Website.
INFRINGEMENT
If you believe any Visitor Content or any other content on the Website infringes any person's copyright or other interest, please provide the following information, in writing and signed by you, to the Hillel UW Copyright Agent at the address listed below:

USE OF THE WEBSITE
You acknowledge that you are personally responsible for your use of the Website and agree not to use the Website in any manner so as to (a) adversely affect its resources or availability; (b) violate any applicable law, statute or regulation; and/or (c) delete or revise any content. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and upon Hillel UW's request to defend, Hillel UW, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any loss, damage, or expense of any kind (including attorneys' fees and costs) resulting from your breach of any these Terms; your use of or access to the Website; your posting or e-mailing of Visitor Content; and/or your violation of the rights of any third party. Hillel UW may provide links on the Website to other sites or resources over which Hillel UW has no control. You agree that Hillel has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the content, advertising, products or any other material or information accessed through such links, or the privacy policies of such sites, and inclusion of such links on the Website does not imply an endorsement of any content, product, service or information.
TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or Hillel UW. Upon termination of these Terms for any reason, you must immediately discontinue all access and use of the Website and the Website content. Hillel UW may, in its sole discretion, discontinue providing the Website, in whole or in part, and with or without notice to you. Hillel UW shall have no liability to you or any third party for any termination of the Website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WITHOUT WAIVING THE EXCLUSIVE GOVERNING LAW PROVISION SET FORTH BELOW, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, HILLEL UW'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL HILLEL UW'S LIABILITY EXCEED $50.00.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Website is controlled and operated by Hillel UW from its headquarters in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. Hillel UW makes no representation that any content or any other material or information accessed on or through the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Website from a location outside the United States of America, you are responsible for compliance with all laws of your jurisdiction.
These Terms, and any dispute that may arise between you and Hillel UW shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws principles. The Terms, as they may be amended from time to time, set forth the entire understanding of you and Hillel UW as to the Website and other subject matter herein. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts for Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. for any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms and/or the Website.
If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and all terms shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. No waiver or failure of Hillel UW to assert any provision of the Terms shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an officer of Hillel UW.
These Terms constitute a written agreement between you and Hillel UW. A printed version of these Terms, and of any electronic notice pertaining to these Terms, shall be admissible in any judicial or administrative proceeding to the same extent, and subject to the same restrictions, as any other contract, document or record originally in printed form.
