Bringing Israel Home with Chef Michael Solomonov

This is a Hillel International program.

Monday, January 11

4:00pm to 5:30pm
Hillel@Home
Contact: Hillel Intl

With his new 16-week Vimeo series launching Wednesday, January 13th, join Chef Michael Solomonov for a conversation exploring Israeli life through food, people, and culture.

Chef Solomonov will share his compelling story, answer your questions, and lead us in a cooking demo-- creating an easy and delicious tehina sauce and hear how you can turn it into hummus and use it for many other things! Tehina is the "mother sauce" of Israeli cooking! Attendees will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a Michael Solomonov cookbook!
