Creating Community & Connection

Feeling exhausted after an intense election season and the ongoing uncertainty in our country? Looking for a place to find ways to de-stress?

Please join us to connect with other students in the Hillel community. While we wish we could be gathering in person, we will create a safe space to process what you are experiencing, learn strategies to increase resiliency and wellbeing, and tap into your creative side as we find tools to move forward together. Connection and creativity are a few of the ways we can cope with the election, the pandemic, and other stressful situations in our lives!
