Tu B’shvat Plant, Pot and Paint!

Monday, January 25

4:00pm to 5:00pm
Hillel UW
4745 17th Ave NE
Seattle WA 98105

This Monday is Tu B'shvat, the birthday for all trees!
In celebration of this Jewish day, we will get together to think about modern day environmentalism while potting our own plants to take home!
We will provide you the plants, pots and paint supplies to decorate your one of a kind pots!

Although it is a gloomy time in Seattle, this is the time when things are starting to bloom, and with 12 weeks until Passover we can plant seeds that will blossom by the time we reach spring. As part of Tu B'shvat, we will represent the different seasons by tasting different fruits and nuts as a way to connect our environment with this holiday.

See you then!!
