DIY Mental Health Seder Plates
Thursday, April 21
Just as the symbols on the Seder plate keep us engaged with the story of Passover, each of us has self-care tools that keep us engaged with our mental health. The more of these tools we have, the better prepared we are for days when we are at our most vulnerable. We can use Passover as a time to stop and reflect not only on the Exodus story but on our own mental health. On those difficult days when we feel stuck in a metaphorical Egypt, this mental health Seder plate can offer inner peace. Join us to put together your own mental health seder plate! Click here to sign up.
Passover Shabbat Dinner & Yizkor Service

This week, join us for a delicious Passover Shabbat meal! Stop by Hillel for some Shabbat thoughts, candle lighting, and a tasty meal with your friends.
Before Shabbat, we will be having a Yizkor service to honor those we’ve lost and what we’ve lost this past year. We will also discuss how to show up for people it times of grief with Abby Brockman-a chaplain at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Click here for more info.
