Cooking Show with Barak and Noya

Thursday, May 07

7:00pm to 9:00pm

Join us in making an original Israeli Shakshuka from the comfort of your home! Shakshuka is an absolute staple in Israeli cuisine, a tomato saucy vegetable stew with cooked eggs on top, it's often served with bread. There are many variations, but Barak and Noya will follow a typical presentation. If you want to cook along, here are the ingredients to have on hand:

Olive oil
4-6 eggs
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
2 red peppers
tomato paste
basil
paprika
bread/challah
