What does Shabbat to-go mean? It’s a chance to take Shabbat into your own home! Students have the opportunity to create their own Shabbat dinner with old and new friends by hosting a dinner at their house.
Interested in hosting? Hillel will provide you a bag full of Challah, shabbat thoughts, candles and up to $5 a person for who attends! You can pickup your bags from Hillel on Friday January 15th from 1-3pm :)
(In order to get reimbursed $5 a person, you need to keep your receipts, have a sign in sheet, and take a group photo)
If you are interested in taking Shabbat to your house, contact Emma and she will give you more details!
It can be as simple as dinner for two with you and your roommate, or it can be a group affair!
If you are looking to attend a Shabbat and need a place to go, please also contact Emma and let her know!
