Tomer Simon, Ph.D., is a Futurist and Strategist. Today, Tomer is the Chief Scientist of Microsoft Israel R&D Center in the CTO Office. Previously, Tomer was the National Technology Officer in Microsoft Israel, and formerly the futurist and senior director of Academic Research and Innovation in Amdocs.
