Yom Hashoah Candle Lighting

Join Hillel UW as we remember and honor the six million Jews and millions of others who lost their lives during the Holocaust.

We will begin with a candle lighting, followed by sharing stories from local Holocaust survivors. First hand accounts of the Holocaust are becoming more rare. As a community, we come together to retell and remember these stories of our ancestors.
