Chopped: Hillel Edition Session 1

Join us for Chopped:Hillel Edition! This is our 5 session cooking course for winter quarter where we will explore different Jewish recipes from around the world! Attend all sessions or just one, the choice is up to you!

This week we will be baking Sephardi Biscochos- a traditional Sephardi wedding cooking. While our cookies are baking, Makena Mezistrano- Assistant Director of the Sephardic Studies Program at the Stroum Center, will lead a discussion about Sephardi weddings and marriage contracts.

Space is limited due to covid restrictions, so please register in advance!
