Come hear the powerful stories of people's experiences with being homeless in Seattle. Hillel UW is excited to host two speakers from Real Change, a homeless empowerment project, who will be speaking to us.

As housing in Seattle becomes less affordable, Seattle's homeless population is growing. There is a large homeless population in our own backyard- the U District. Listening to people's stories is the first step in dispelling the stigma associated with homelessness and restoring dignity. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your community and how you can get involved!
