Unprecedented Times: Jewish Advocacy During COVID

This is a Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle event.

Wednesday, December 16

12:00pm to 1:00pm
Contact: The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle

Every year, the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle advocates for you. The Washington Legislature convenes in January for what will be an unprecedented virtual session. What were the results of the 2020 public policy survey? How will the Federation advocate for community priorities? What will the session look like? Now is the time to understand and engage!

Guest Speakers:
Senate Majority Leader Andy Billig
Zach Carstensen, Chair, JCRC Public Advocacy Committee
Randi Abrams-Caras, Vice Chair, JCRC Public Advocacy Committee

They will explore:
Which policy issues are most important for Jewish Puget Sound?
How does Federation advocate for your top priorities?
How will the Legislature work in a virtual session?
What opportunities will there be for you to engage as a citizen advocate?

REGISTER HERE.
