Warrior Women Workouts is a 5 week strength training course that is female-centric. It will interweave Jewish narratives and traditions with basics of weight lifting and strength training. Come strengthen your physical core and spiritual core all at the same time.
The course will run from Tuesday afternoons, February 19th - March 12th, 4:30 pm t o 6:00 pm.
NOTE: Spots for this course are limited and registering is required. Please register below as the course will only be open to registrants.
Rabbi Dana will be joined by Physical trainer and Kinstretch educator Andi Segur. Together with Jewish Family Services they will help participants learn the basics of weight training, explore how Jewish narratives encourage a strong and healthy lifestyle, and be able to discuss some of the frustrations of being female bodied in typical workout spaces and in the world more generally.
