Join us for our most delicious learning fellowship of the year! In partnership with the Seattle Sephardic Network, we will learn how to make some three Sephardic dishes: an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert! Each session will include learning about Sephardic culture, cooking together, and enjoying the dish we cook at the end of the evening.
The learning cohort meets from 5:30-7:00 pm at Hillel on the following dates:
- Wednesday, May 1
- Wednesday, May 8
- Wednesday, May 15
Students are invited to save Friday, May 24 as an opportunity to cook Shabbat dinner with and for one another!
Students who attend and actively participate in all sessions will receive a Sephardic Jewish cookbook upon finishing the fellowship.
