A Debate for Heaven’s Sake: Are Anti-Zionism and Anti-Israel Advocacy New Forms of Antisemitism?

Tuesday, May 14

7:00pm to 9:00pm
Temple De Hirsch Sinai & online
1511 E Pike St
Seattle WA 98122

In the spirit of our tradition, in which significant issues warrant vigorous discussion, please join us for a debate on this controversial and critical question. As a follow up to the communal conversation on antisemitism we initiated in November, Professor Kenneth Stern of Bard College and author of the IHRA definition of antisemitism and David Bernstein, of the Jewish Institute for Liberal Values will engage with one another and with our community to foster a greater understanding and sensitivity to a diversity of perspectives.

This event is made possible through the generous sponsorship of Michele and Stan Rosen, and is part of a series on the current challenges of antisemitism in partnership with Jewish Family Service and the Jewish Community Relations Council of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.

Register here.
