Sukkot and Self Care: A Walk on Campus

Monday, October 05

5:30pm to 6:30pm
North Entrance of Campus near the 'W'
Seattle WA 98105
Contact: Hillel UW

It's so important to practice self-care as a student and to find places on campus that provide solace, peace of mind, and can be useful meeting spots to social distance outside!

Sukkot can be a lot of things, including a reminder to practice self-care and connect with nature. According to our very own Rabbi Josh, it's arguably "the most self-care" holiday that we have!

Join our Health and Wellness Chair, Haley Masters, and Rabbi Josh on this walk on campus to discover places you may have never noticed and learn more about Sukkot and the tie to self-care.

The trip will end at Hillel UW under our sukkah with a surprise snack!

Students and staff are required to adhere to CDC and UW COVID-19 guidelines including wearing masks and social distancing.
