Tamale Making with Emma and Josh

While tamale-making is often thought of as huge and challenging project, we’ll teach you some tricks in this hands-on class! Everyone will learn to make traditional dough with masa, and we’ll show you how to wrap with a variety of fillings. The class will be rounded out with recipes for a few salsas as well.

This class is not va’ad certified, but all ingredients will be kosher.
