Warrior Women Workouts

Warrior Women Workouts will be a 5 week strength training course that is female-centric. It will interweave Jewish narratives and traditions with basics of weight lifting and strength training. Come engage your physical core and spiritual core all at the same time.

The course will run from Thursday afternoons, April 12th - May 10th, 5:00 pm t o 6:15 pm.

Rabbi Dana will be joined by Physical trainer and Kinstretch educator Andi Segur. Together with Jewish Family Services they will help participants learn the basics of weight training, explore how Jewish narratives encourage a strong and healthy lifestyle, and be able to discuss some of the frustrations of being female bodied in typical workout spaces and in the world more generally.
