WSJHS Film Screening “Refusenik and Power of Protest”

FILM & TOURING EXHIBIT | REFUSENIK and "POWER OF PROTEST" -

We screen the film REFUSENIK, the first retrospective documentary about the 30-year grassroots, human rights campaign to liberate Jews behind the Iron Curtain, on the occasion of a new touring exhibit, "Power of Protest: the Movement to Free Soviet Jews" and a local companion exhibit, presented by Washington State Jewish Historical Society and Hillel UW.

This event is FREE for students (all ages; for UW students, show ID) and SJFF 2019 pass holders (bring your pass).

• This event takes place at Hillel UW, 4745 17th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105.
• Doors and exhibit viewing 6:30-7 pm.
• The exhibit runs March 12 - April 29. Check WSJHS.org website for more information.
• Group Rate 12+: $2 off per ticket.
