Into the Jewish-Verse with Brian Michael Bendis

This is a Hillel@Home event.

Tuesday, October 20

3:00pm to 4:00pm

Explore the amazing multiverse of comics and pop culture with a master guide! Award-winning writer Brian Michael Bendis breathes life into world-famous characters such as Superman and the X-Men, along with creating new characters such as Miles Morales of SPIDER-MAN and Jessica Jones of ALIAS. You may know he's a champion of diversity in comics, but did you know he has a Hillel connection??? (See Wikipedia for details!)

Sign up for this Hillel@Home program and hear what it takes to succeed in this competitive industry, spectacular stories from Brian's career, and answers to questions about your favorite characters.

Like Superman, Brian’s story began in Cleveland ... but he now lives in Oregon. So Cleveland Hillel and Greater Portland Hillel are joining Hillel@Home to present this spectacular session. Excelsior!

Brian Michael Bendis is an award-winning comics creator, Amazon and New York Times bestselling writer, and among the brightest stars in mainstream comics today. For more than 20 years, his books have consistently topped nationwide comics and graphic-novel sales charts. Read Brian's full bio here.

RSVP HERE!
