Shabbat Song and Prayer Circle

Four to six times per quarter, Rabbi Lauren and Hillel UW’s amazing student music interns lead a Shabbat Song and Prayer Circle, with selections from the Friday night prayer service to melodies old and new. We also offer blessings for healing and the chance to recite the Mourner’s Kaddish in memory of loved ones.

Shabbat Song and Prayer Circle is a great time to meet new people and to reflect on the week with fellow students as we move into Shabbat.

All are welcome — no music or Hebrew experience necessary.
